"Digital Index Operator"...that's what I've become. I remember laughing at George Jetson's constant complaining about his 3 day work week and his swollen "button finger". I remember thinking how great being a button pusher sounded. PUSH PUSH PUSH! SWEET! PUSH PUSH!
How naive.
I work in a Publishing/Graphics Dept. and have turned the majority of my work into an F2 keystroke. Sometimes I use F3 (for really tuff jobs).To punctuate this I am writing this blog on one computer while doing my work on another....PUSH PUSH PUSH! I guess some might think being a "Digital Index Operator" is a pretty sweet job. It is in many ways. It's the job I've always wanted.Nice comfy chair. Coffee to the right, food item to the left. But Mr. Jetson was right...sometimes my finger hurts like hell! Oh well. I really shouldn't complain.
